• Chariot Health are able to get your medicines delivered to your home or office as well as set up investigations or specialist appointments for you if required.
  
• Any required blood work can be taken at the time of the appointment or we will arrange for a nurse to come and take blood at your home or office.
  
• Your consultation records will be kept on your file for further reference should you use our services again and a Doctor needs access to them.
• Chariot Health will contact you after 2 days to check that you are feeling better.
